Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at pigbrig.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Most orders are processed and delivered within 14 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Most people receive their order in around 14 business days  (including processing and delivery time).

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

There are times when we need to special order individual parts or make individual net pieces. These orders will take longer to fulfill, potentially up to 14 days. Please call if you have questions. We are here to help and are working as fast as we can to keep up.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Pigbrig.com ships to addresses within the U.S. We currently cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Shipping to U.S. territories will need to be quoted separately. Please contact us at hello@pigbrig.com and let us know what you would like to order and where you would like it shipped. We will work with you on the details and pricing.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Pigbrig.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Pigbrig.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please do let us know if your shipment arrives damaged, and we will try to help. Send photos and order details to hello@pigbrig.com.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We do offer shipping outside of the U.S. Please review the rate available in the cart and contact us at hello@pigbrig.com if you have questions or would like to price with a different carrier. We will work with you on the details and pricing.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER FOR ORDERS SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES

DUTIES AND TAXES

  • When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.
  • Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.
  • PIG BRIG TRAPPING SYSTEMS does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.
  • The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of THE UNITED STATES), the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.
  • If a product is seized and destroyed by the customs, or returned to us, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the buyer wishes to have a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to PIG BRIG TRAPPING SYSTEMS.

 DELIVERY TIMING

If you require products delivered by a certain date, please email hello@pigbrig.com to verify the details. PIG BRIG TRAPPING SYSTEMS does not guarantee at any time a certain delivery date or time frame for delivery outside of the United States for any product or order. Any listed time for a shipping method is an estimate only. For orders with deadlines please order well in advance and we will arrange it for you.

SHIPPING TERMS

  • PIG BRIG TRAPPING SYSTEMS is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers after they have been dispatched.
  • PIG BRIG TRAPPING SYSTEMS cannot be held responsible/liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
  • PIG BRIG TRAPPING SYSTEMS is not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information.
